Is there a character limit for the name patch?
We recommend keeping the text short and clear so it stays easy to read.
As a general guideline, try to stay within 10–12 characters for the name and a standard format for the phone number. Very long names or extra symbols may appear smaller or wrap on the patch.
Can I change the text after placing my order?
Because this is a customized product, the patch text goes into production shortly after your order is confirmed. We usually cannot modify or cancel the personalization once the order has been processed.

If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger size and adjust the straps for a snug fit. A good fit lets you slide two fingers between the harness and your dog’s body.
How do I wash the harness without damaging the personalization?
Close the buckle and remove any loose dirt first. Hand wash the harness in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then rinse well and air-dry. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and high-heat drying, as these can damage the reflective parts and the printed text on the patches.
